The car number is made by the method of cold extrusion, made of aluminum.

The next stage of the process is the coloring of the numbers and a half-finished sign is transferred to the paint machine, where the convex parts of the product are painted. Thermo-coloring does not need to dry out and a duplicate can be put on the car at once.
The entire manufacturing time takes 2-3 minutes
